The side and rear extension would also incorporate a new bedroom with a shower room.

Description

For this Development Project we worked alongside XP Property to bring together an extension and conversion of a former police station to form three dwellings and a commercial office space.

This project lies in the heart of Sonning Common which is near the Chiltern Hills, South Oxfordshire.  It is located near a busy parade of shops and next to a local primary school.  It was a vacant former police office and attached three-bedroom house that would have housed the pollice wardens.

The site is constrained in terms of trees and neighbouring gardens to the rear, and neighbouring properties within close proximity.  The proposals consist of:

– 1 x One bedroom maisonette

– 1 x Two bedroom house

 – 1 x Three bedroom house

– 1 x Commercial office which was sold to a local Volunteering company (FISH Volunteering Centre, Sonning Common)

The properties will also have access to:

– Parking

– Amenity Space

 – Landscaped gardens
